Our water heater sprung a leak while we were out of town.  We came home a mess.  The floor was shot, but CHR handled it
right away.  They repaired the floor & even helped my husband take the unit back to the store for a warranty replacement. They hooked the new unit up and were the total cure for our weekend headache.  -- T
